Lauren O'Neil
Yoga Instructor
Ten years ago, I discovered Vinyasa Yoga and was instantly hooked. Yoga has profoundly transformed me, and has helped me through difficult times. Inspired by its healing power, I pursued a 200-hour YTT at Humble Warrior with a mission to help others feel strong, inspired, and confident both on and off the mat. As a Yoga Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor, I’m dedicated to empowering students to balance effort and ease, explore their potential, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
I am certified by the AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor, through Humble Warrior’s 200-hour YTT program, and HIIT certified by the American Sports and Fitness Association.
I am passionate about connection, wellness, and empowering individuals through their yoga and fitness journey, while also loving New Hampshire and supporting local small businesses to help foster a thriving community.
In 2000 I walked into what a thought was a dance class in a strip mall in San Diego, and instead discovered Ashtanga Yoga. I've been hitting the mat ever since.
By day, I'm a licensed REALTOR® in MA & NH with Key Team at Compass, honored to be named 'Innovator in Marketing' in 2022 and 2023, and a proud member of the North East Association of REALTORS®, where I serve on the Board of Directors.
With an MFA and background in performing arts, my directive & creative spirit delights in creating impactful & modern digital marketing campaigns that garner viral attention from coast to coast for my clients. Committed to innovating the real escape experience, I created the Seller Mastery Program® & Buyer Mastery Program® as a proven system for my clients largest investments and most emotional life transitions.
